Medical Device Sales Manager
The Sales Manager leads and supports the salesforce and distributor network through recruitment, training, performance management, and strategic planning. This role sets sales goals, drives market expansion, strengthens customer relationships, and leverages industry connections and prior client bases to grow revenue. The annual salary for this position is between $110,000-130,000/year + commission. The company is located in the Warminster, PA area. This is a DIRECT-HIRE position!
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage 1099 rep groups; design territory structures and coverage models
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales reps, distributors, and key customers
Set quarterly and annual sales targets; track performance and manage forecasts
Develop and deliver sales training, tools, and competitive analyses
Support annual planning, budgeting, and volume forecasting by product
Coordinate and attend national sales meetings, trade shows, and conventions
Manage CRM, sales pipeline, reporting, and customer follow-up
Oversee pricing, quotes, order flow, and open sales orders
Provide technical expertise on capital equipment and accessories
Identify market gaps, competitive insights, and innovation opportunities
Lead national account strategies, including IDNs, GPOs, ASC chains, and health systems
Partner with contracting and legal on GPO/IDN agreements and pricing negotiations
Ensure strong digital presence and content (website, LinkedIn)
Communicate market and competitive intelligence internally
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical or medical device sales or a related field
