Local manufacturer in Perkasie is seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. You will be responsible to create and maintain the marketing campaigns. The salary for this position is $50k/year. This is a direct-hire role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients: Answering calls, fielding questions, and responding to new client inquiries

• Maintain and update marketing material database as needed, and provide materials to current and potential customers upon request

• Support social media and content marketing efforts by scheduling posts, proofreading content, and monitoring engagement.

• Create marketing campaigns to boost product recognition to and for distributor networks

• Assist with social media communications as needed to support marketing efforts

• Maintain the project calendar and set consistent lead times utilizing project management software and knowledge of current order volume

• Manage database of all current orders to ensure order fulfillment in an efficient manner

• Liaise with outside sales to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of necessary products/supplies

• Enter sales orders, process payments, and manage invoicing using QuickBooks

• Prepare reports as needed, including inventory tracking and aging reports

• Provide customers with accurate product information, availability, and sales quotes in a timely manner

• Collaborate with internal team and customers to brainstorm project solutions and fulfill unique client needs
