Receptionist/Sales Support
Manufacturing company in Telford is looking for a Receptionist/Sales Support person to join their team. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $18/hr.
Job Overview:
Answer, screen, and direct calls. Greet vendors, customers, and visitors. Provide administrative
support to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative and sales support
• Review and respond to daily internal/external mail
• Perform general clerical duties faxing, copying, and filing
• Data entry including sales quotations and purchase orders in computer
• Resolve customer requests, inquires and/or concerns
• Liaison for sales team and other key company departments
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Acute attention to detail
• Manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
Background Experience / Education
• High school diploma
• 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area a plus
