Our services are FREE for job seekers! Employers pay for our services, which is negotiated in a service agreement.
Can I still look for a job on my own?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it! By being proactive on your end while we are working behind the scenes, you’ll maximize your chances of finding the perfect job sooner. It’s a win-win!
How do I register with McCallion Staffing?
Registering with McCallion Staffing is easy. Contact us and one of our Recruiters will be in touch with you to discuss what you’re looking for and how we can help you. We will be there every step of the way. Once you speak to a Recruiter, you will be in our system and eligible for our available job openings! The first thing we need is your resume. Don’t have one? No worries! You can use our resume template to help get you started.
Who is my legal employer if I am placed on an assignment?
McCallion Staffing is your legal employer if you’re placed on a temporary or temporary-to-hire assignment. Your paychecks will come from McCallion Staffing on a weekly basis. If you need to call out of work or if you get hurt on the job or end the assignment, please contact McCallion Staffing immediately. We pay our temporary employees weekly and offer direct-deposit or mailed checks. If you are currently working through us, you may view your online paystubs here.
