Customer Support Associate

Company in the Pipersville area is looking for an experienced candidate to join their Customer Support team. This job is very diverse and works in coordination with several other departments. This is a Direct-Hire position with a salary of $50k/year.

Role and Responsibilities

Customer Service:

·       Process client parts/accessory orders for sales business in QB including price reconciliation and communicate acknowledgements to customers; Phone reception for sales and service businesses

·       Process PO’s in QB to manufacturers/vendors to include reconciling costs, PO follow-up and delivery tracking and expediting for sales and service businesses

·       Communicate delivery details to customers and sales reps as needed including input to integrated CRM

·       Assist with managing in-house inventory, including processing customer orders and preparing shipments (some physical work involved), purchasing additional product as inventory levels deplete

·       Manage internal document of major equipment sold to include warranty details and manage the completion and submission of equipment in-service documentation

·       Produce weekly sales order report for management

·       Manage sales literature maintaining organization and required minimums

Accounting:

RECEIVABLES:

·         Process parts/accessories invoices in QB for sales business

·         Collections on overdue invoices for both sales and service businesses

·         Process remote deposits and post receipts in QB for sales and service businesses

·      Maintain closed A/R filing for sales and service businesses

PAYABLES:

·         Download and disburse manufacturer invoices for sales and service businesses daily

·         Enter vendor bills into QB for sales and service businesses

·         Process sales and service expense reports including reconciliation and QB entry

·         Email ACH notifications for sales and service businesses

·         Post parts commissions to service company

·         Maintain closed A/P filing for sales and service businesses

Administrative:

·         Assist Customer Service Representatives (sales and service) as needed and during absences

·         Special projects as required

·         Manage and maintain office and kitchen supplies

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum 5 years administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment. College degree preferred but will consider individual with strong work experience.

 

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, strong organizational qualities, familiarity with Windows, proficient in

 

Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel), experience in accounting database (QuickBooks preferred), experience with Method:CRM if possible, and the ability to multitask and work independently.
