Client Coordinator
Job Title: Client Coordinator
Location: Perkasie, PA
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, responding to inquiries, and managing 100+ emails daily for 3rd party private manufacturing.
Order Management: Maintain the project calendar, set lead times, and manage the database of current orders to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment.
Sales Order Processing: Enter sales orders, process payments, and manage invoicing using QuickBooks.
Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with outside sales to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery. Provide customers with product information, availability, and quotes.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare inventory tracking and aging reports. Maintain and update the marketing material database and provide materials to clients as needed.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop project solutions and fulfill unique needs.
Key Skills & Tools:
Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat
Shipping Software (Priority 1, UPS, FedEx)
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and product specifications
Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

This is a DIRECT-HIRE position with an annual salary around $50,000/year
