Goodbye 2024, Hello 2025!

Another year has come to an end. Last year brought many changes to McCallion Staffing, and we couldn’t be more excited to see what the future holds! We continue to serve our wonderful customers and job seekers with temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire jobs into the New Year. In 2024, we moved offices and haven’t looked back. We have also continued to upgrade our technology to make the hiring process easier for both our clients and new hires.

Hiring and total quits cooled off towards the end of 2024. Our hopes for the New Year are that the economy improves, allowing more companies to begin hiring again. It had also been reported throughout 2024 that total quits decreased not because employees became happier with their jobs, but because employees were scared to leave their current roles. Will employees feel comfortable taking a leap of faith and search for a job that better suits what they are looking for? It will be interesting to see how this scenario plays out once companies begin hiring more steadily again!

Looking forward to 2025, we will continue providing flexible staffing solutions to our existing (and hopefully a few new!) employers. We will enjoy doing what we do best, which is providing top candidates to our customers and finding the perfect job for our job seekers.
