Telford company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to joint their team. Salary is $18hr, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, written specifications, and emails.
• Be able to read and understand technical and commercial requirements including technical
documents and prints to evaluate the Customer’s inquiry.
• Be a liaison between customer and all other company departments (sales, manufacturing,
warehouse, shipping, etc.)
• Focus on providing efficient and timely delivery of customer’s orders and replacement orders.
• Communicate with Department Supervisor and sales staff regarding order problems or issues.
• Assist A/R and A/P department in resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure that customer credits are processed correctly and in a timely manner and coded
correctly from an inventory perspective.
• Maintain filing system for customer orders.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have good listening, verbal, and writing skills.
• Must be able to type above 40 wpm.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, meet deadlines, and multi-task in diverse, fast paced
environment.
• Be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess at least 2 years of experience working with customers.
• Have experience in conflict resolution.
• Must be able to understand basic accounting practices.
• Must be willing to temporarily work in the Warehouse to learn material handling and basic
day-to-day operation processes as part of CSR training.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
