Behavioral based interview questions can be tricky. Why? Because they require a good amount of thought and detail. There is no right or wrong answer to these types of questions. However, there is certainly a good and not-so-good answer!   • Do you listen? Give an example of when you did or when you didn’t listen.
  • Have you handled a difficult situation with a supervisor? How?
