McCallion Staffing Specialists has the most current version of testing software.  We have 1000 different tests available. We test candidates on their software proficiency. We perform additional skills tests at the request of our clients to allow them to pick and choose which tests suite their individual requirements.

We have the ability to design custom testing for our clients. We can merge several tests together in an abbreviated version, or customize the questions to meet their industry requirements.

The categories of tests available are as follows:

Accounting - 45 different tests including payroll, payables, receivables, bookkeeping, cost accounting, general accounting, general ledger, Peachtree, JD Edwards, Sage and Quickbooks.

Call Center - 45 different tests including call center spelling, call center data entry, listening skills, and Spanish-English bilingual, Italian -English bilingual, German-English bilingual, French Canadian bilingual and UK call centre.

Dutch Microsoft Office

Financial – 40 different tests including auditing, bank teller skills, credit analyst, data entry, financial math, Great Plains, payroll and SAP for users.

Healthcare - 80 different tests including medical billing, medical receptionists, medical records, medical terminology, OSHA, medical typing, physicians assistant, physical therapy and registered nurse.

Industrial - 100 different tests including Autocad, HVAC, mechanical engineering, plastic fabrication skills, blueprint reading, color identification, OSHA, Spanish speaking tests, electricians, and unit conversion.

Legal - 45 different tests including basic litigation, paralegal skills, court reporting, Summation Blaze 5.21, legal abbreviations, legal filing, legal spelling and legal typing.

Office & Professional - 200 different tests including ACT! 2000, basic office skills, business writing, corrective proofreading, data entry, Internet basics, office filing skills, payroll, Peoplesoft HRMS, shorthand, typing, human resource basics, writing samples and multiple languages tests.

Portuguese Microsoft Office

Software - 80 different tests available including Adobe Pagemaker & Photoshop, Corel Presentations, Quattro Pro and WordPerfect, Lotus, and QuarkXPress.

Spanish Microsoft Office

Technical - 300 different tests available including A+, .NET Programming, AS/400 Operations, C+ Programming, Cisco Networking, Network Security, Oracle, COBOL, Crystal Reports, PowerBuilder, SQL, Peoplesoft, SAS, Visual Basic and Unix.

Translations & Writing Samples – available in English, French, Italian, Spanish, French Canadian and UK writing samples.

U.K. Microsoft Office

We also have tutorials to learn new software or brush up on existing skills. Programs are available for Microsoft Office, Peachtree and Quickbooks.
